(PTY) LTD Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

RESQR'ID (PTY) LTD ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding the return, exchange, or refund of products related to our medical emergency QR-coded profile services.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If your product was received in a defective or damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will cover shipping costs for the return and replacement of defective or damaged products.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Digital products (e.g., digital profiles)

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., QR-coded products engraved with personal details)

  • Items that have been used (wear and tear), damaged, or altered after delivery


Return Eligibility

We accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.The product must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) is required.
  • Note: Subscription services are non-returnable, but may be subject to cancellation and partial refund under certain circumstances (see section 5).

Products Covered

  • This policy applies to the following products:
  • QR-coded devices or wearables (e.g., wristbands, tags) Subscription or service fees for medical profile management.


One-Year Commitment Requirement:

Customers must select a plan/package with a full one-year commitment, choosing to pay either monthly or annually.

Early cancellation during the one-year term may not be permitted or may incur fees, as specified below.

  • Auto-Renewal and Notification:
  • At the conclusion of the one-year commitment, subscriptions will automatically renew (monthly or annually, depending on the customer's selected package).

    Customers will receive a renewal notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the one-year term, outlining any changes to pricing, terms, and cancellation procedures.

  • Cancellation Terms:
  • Monthly Payments: Customers agree to a full year while paying monthly. Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of the one-year period may incur an early termination fee (e.g., the remaining balance of the one-year term).

  • Annual Payment:
  • For customers who pay annually, the commitment is for one year, with no option for cancellation or refund once the annual term begins. Services will continue for the entire year without extra charges until the renewal date.

  • Cancellation After One-Year Term:
  • Once the initial one-year commitment is complete, customers may cancel their account.

  • Monthly Plan:
  • After the one-year term, customers can provide 30 days' notice without incurring cancellation fees, and services will remain active until the end of the current month.

  • Annual Plan:
  • Following the one-year term, customers may give notice up to 30 days before the next renewal date, with services remaining active until the end of the paid period.

  • Refund Policy:
  • Monthly Subscribers: Refunds are not applicable for monthly plans/packages. If a cancellation is approved before the one-year commitment ends, a termination fee for the remaining annual balance will apply.

    Annual Subscribers: Refunds are typically not available once the annual payment has been made, as service fees are discounted and continue throughout the full year.

  • Reactivation:
  • If a customer wishes to reactivate their account after cancellation, they may need to sign up under the current terms and pricing, committing to a new one-year agreement.

  • Returns:
  • Returns of products are not accepted, as each product is uniquely and custom printed for each client and cannot be utilized by anyone else.
