RESQR'ID (PTY) LTD ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding the return, exchange, or refund of products related to our medical emergency QR-coded profile services.
If your product was received in a defective or damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will cover shipping costs for the return and replacement of defective or damaged products.

Customers must select a plan/package with a full one-year commitment, choosing to pay either monthly or annually.
Early cancellation during the one-year term may not be permitted or may incur fees, as specified below.
At the conclusion of the one-year commitment, subscriptions will automatically renew (monthly or annually, depending on the customer's selected package).
Customers will receive a renewal notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the one-year term, outlining any changes to pricing, terms, and cancellation procedures.
Monthly Payments: Customers agree to a full year while paying monthly. Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of the one-year period may incur an early termination fee (e.g., the remaining balance of the one-year term).
For customers who pay annually, the commitment is for one year, with no option for cancellation or refund once the annual term begins. Services will continue for the entire year without extra charges until the renewal date.
Once the initial one-year commitment is complete, customers may cancel their account.
After the one-year term, customers can provide 30 days' notice without incurring cancellation fees, and services will remain active until the end of the current month.
Following the one-year term, customers may give notice up to 30 days before the next renewal date, with services remaining active until the end of the paid period.

Monthly Subscribers: Refunds are not applicable for monthly plans/packages. If a cancellation is approved before the one-year commitment ends, a termination fee for the remaining annual balance will apply.
Annual Subscribers: Refunds are typically not available once the annual payment has been made, as service fees are discounted and continue throughout the full year.
If a customer wishes to reactivate their account after cancellation, they may need to sign up under the current terms and pricing, committing to a new one-year agreement.
Returns of products are not accepted, as each product is uniquely and custom printed for each client and cannot be utilized by anyone else.
